We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The location was ideal for our needs: it was relatively close to the Naples airport without having to go into the city. Plus, the hotel had convenient transportation options, with the train station only a few minutes away. The room was spacious and clean, with new furniture and a big balcony that was perfect for our family of four. The parking lot in front of the hotel provided easy and secure parking. Breakfast was great too, with a variety of options.
Not one thing stood out as a negative aspect during our stay at this hotel.

Convenient to both Naples airport and Pompeii. Room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Restaurant where we ate dinner was also very good with "keen" service.

The receptionist went above and beyond to assist us with limited English. The hotel staff was polite and attentive, and the restaurant offered delicious local seafood. The rooms, bathrooms, and restaurant were clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient for the Naples airport.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport for an early morning flight. It has comfortable beds and soft towels as well as free parking. the breakfast is nice and the staff polite and available to listen to any need.
The hotel lacks proper maintenance, as seen in the almost broken toilet seat and shower that did not work well.

Friendly and helpful staff, responding quickly to questions and any minor problems.
Attempts to connect to the free wifi failed, and hotel staff did not have any knowledge on how to gain a connection

Great Hotel and Restaurant but poor area.

The breakfast and the staff were nice. I also liked the fact that the hotel was close to the city center and the Christmas market.
The room smelled like mildew and the bed was uncomfortable. The shower was tiny and the water pressure was weak.

Free parking. Free internet. Good restaurant (nicelly priced).
Position: far from centre. Surroundings not very nice (but for Naples, not so bad). Traffic (but again, normal for Naples).

The hotel we stayed at during our city trip was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. The beds were large and comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped with amenities. Plus, the balcony with a table and chairs was a perfect spot to enjoy the scenery. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to the city center and public transportation. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
That the hotel was a bit difficult to locate, which caused some issues when trying to arrive. However, once we found it, everything else was great. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay during their city trip.
